Trying to decide if this is a staged photo, or PhotoShopped. Van couldn't have gotten there on its own without significant damage. I'm leaning towards real and staged. Tow truck, or other lift, used to place the differential on the post. Shadows indicate a point light source out of view behind the van, and another point light source out of view to the left of the field of view. Anyone have other opinions?

Those look like hydraulic security cylinders that can be lowered to allow entry, I used to have to cross over similar ones when I would enter and exit the senate building and other government buildings. So it could easily raise up and lift the van without damage if it happens to rest on a place capable of supporting the van, which if there isn't much of a load in that van it would be rather light.. definitely possible.

Retractable bollards it is ("other lift".) I still think it was staged, since it would be very improbable for a random parker to center the differential perfectly over the bollard by accident. That plus the apparent added lighting..

I dunno, could be a completely faked construct.
Anyway, I don't think that bollard is near the center of the vehicle. Looks more like it's in line with the left rear tire...

Nothing in the photo suggests to me that the differential, in the center of the rear axle, is not sitting on the bollard.
And the one shadow that makes zero sense is the big round one surrounding the bollard.
Took me a while to figure out that shadow. That is the shadow of the tire closest to the viewer due to the light that is out of view to the left.

I have changed my mind about the position of the backlight. I now believe that it is not hidden by the van, but rather mounted up higher, out of frame towards the top of image.
