Anybody else brew on Saturday? We started brewing a Caramel Amber Ale (This is my redemption brew after two off flavor batches) at 6pm on Sat. night. I figured that the temps would go down in the evening. Damn it was hot. I measured an air temp of 98 in my garage at 8pm during the boil. Next year I'll have a stock pile ready going into the summer. We still had a great time, and hoping the labor will be worth it in the end.

Yeah I am waiting until the hvac guy comes tomorrow to fix my A/C until I brew another batch. Swamp coolers for now!

Brewed two batches (Orange/Coriander Pale Ale recipe found on this site) Saturday. Started at 9AM and finished about 5PM. Long day for sure.

Yes, it was hot.

brewed in Oklahoma City on saturday. HOT! i think the temp ranged from 93-96 while we were in the garage. i'm really hoping that i'm keeping the wort cool enough. according to the thermometer in the bathtub i use it's been around 72-77. i've got the bucket in a tub of water and have been adding frozen bottles of water but don't have the slightest idea what the temp is in the bucket.

might have to consider an alternative. got my fingers crossed.

I brewed today in Louisville but got started at 9 AM which helped out. I was done around 2 PM when it was really starting to heat up.
