Figuring out the boiloff rate on my new kettle... 97° outside. Florida is a big frown this time of year!
 
I feel ya. It's about 96 right now. I brew on my back patio underneath the roof overhang. I added a fan and misters to help keep things cool.

At that kind of humidity you actually boil on. You have to plan on an extra gallon being added during the boil.
 
The humidity here is making me sad. I feel you on the heat.
