I'm gettin new hoses for my kegerator. It's a 4.3 cuft fridge. I plan on running the gas line out to a tank hanging on the side of the fridge, but the beer line will stay inside. What size and lengths are suggested for beer and gas line for my application?

Depends on what line you use and what pressure you serve at.

I know for the standard 3/16ths line, most people say to start with 10 feet per tap, and cut shorter if the pour is too slow...but too short and you'll get too much foaming...

I'll also add, the general starting point is 1 foot of 3/16ths tube per PSI serving pressure.
Its probably better to start slightly long if you have the hose though, or else you may end up too short and with some worthless tubing.
