I did a AG batch tonight with more Centennial and Warrior hops than I can remember.
My false bottom looked like it was caught in a hop blizzard!
This is a HG brew and Brewiz was here to help me and shoot the "suds".
The IBU's better be thru the roof!
Damn... What a great brew - I went on top of 1/2 a yeast cake (I pulled half off for a later date)... We got bubbles at 10 minutes!!!!
And we had a few of my HG IPA's...
Life is good!
