How do you all deal with this? Had a guy show up in a 2012 Rolls Royce to see If I would grow weed in my field? 100k for fencing and security. I guess I impressed HIM OR pissed him off when I pulled the 1911 out at him. 100 k for A 1/4 ACRER? All permits filed and taxes if it becomes legal for medical here. WHAT WOULD YOU DO? The set up from hops to weed is not far off, still expecting the Troopers to show up! Don't give a sh_t it is my house.

Pennsylvania has yet to pass a medical marijuana law (legislation is "pending") and while possession without intent to distribute is a misdemeanor it can still land you in prison. Distribution or intent thereof carries a heavy hit - not Texas-level insanity hit (those neanderthal effwits would fry you if they could get away with it) but still pretty onerous.

Bottom line, you made the right move...
