Hey gang, I was wondering if my hops are still good. I planted a first year cascade rhisome this year and it yealded about .75 oz. Since i didn't have a vaccum sealer and I wasn't going to buy one for less than an ounce of hops I Just threw them in a ziplock bag and put them in the freezer. I was brewing a CDA and was going to use them to dry hop. They've been in the freezer since like October. Do you think they're still good? SHould I toss them?? Thanks

Aaron

they should be fine, I've used hops that were 2 years old in the freezer, most likely lost some alpha acids, but they still worked.
