These are in the fridge and freezer respectably. Should I remove them now to get to room temp? I'm getting water to steeping temps

I hope you didn't pitch your yeast from the freezer into your brew yesterday. That sounds like disaster. Room temp plus creating a starter two tor three days in advance is how you should be treating frozen yeast. Cold hops are not an issue.

If you meant this the other way round (yeast in fridge and hops in freezer), then your yeast should still be out of the fridge at least 3 hours in advance. And a starter 18-24 hours in advance is still a good idea.
