Hops and Robbers clone

I'm hoping to find a recipe similar to hops and robbers. I'm not sure if this recipe exists south of Canada.
Any ideas or suggestions of similar recipes?

Anyone talented enough to take a stab at a recipe? All I know is it's 50IBUs and dry hopped with cascade.
I'll brew it if someone wants to take a guess at the recipe.
