Hi,
I've done a few searches and found some interesting looking recipes, but I thought I'd put out a new thread asking if anyone has a really fantastic recipe for a hoppy stout. I'm looking for an American Stout with a rich malt character and plenty of roast but that is not overly bitter and has a fairly strong hop character. I was thinking maybe 5.5-7% ABV range.
