Alright guys, so I am putting together an IIPA for a contest that I am entering here locally. Winner gets to brew with a local brew master, so I am really trying to step it up. I am using some unique hops that I have in the freezer (pellets) and trying to blend bittering with some amazing aroma. If you have any suggestions please pass them along as I am going to brew this up next weekend. I have attached the BeerSmith file and pasted it below. Let me know if there are things you would change or what your thoughts are.

You could use brown sugar instead of dextrose for a little more flavor.

You have a pretty elaborate hop mixture. Everything looks like a classic-ish flavor, which should work nicely.

Brewed it this weekend, hit all the numbers I will keep you posted. Oh and if your like aroma this is amazing!!!

Tossed in the dry hops today and the aroma is already crazy good. Can't wait to drink this bad boy.

This was hands down the best IPA that I have brewed. Gave some to non-IPA drinkers and they couldn't get enough. All my craft brew buddies thought it was the most balanced IPA they had every tasted and loved the aroma.

With all that said I am brewing it again today, I would recommend it to everyone!
