Found a stray hop pellet on the counter today while making breakfast. It must have gotten away from me after brewing two batches this weekend. Anyway, I had just poured a cup of hot water and dunked in a green tea with jasmine and lemongrass. Thought it'd be a fun experiment to add this pellet too. I knew it was either fuggles or Calypso so I emptied another teabag dropped the pellet in there and stapled it shut, steeped it with the tea for about 5 minutes. It didn't add much flavor but it added a subtle crispiness to my tea. I was quite happy with it.
