So I've gone on a hop buying spree over the last couple weeks and want to make some IPA's I've got 1 pound each of Cascade, Columbus, Centennial, Nugget, Equinox, Pekko, Jarroyl, Warrior, and 1/2 pound of Willamette I'm trying to stay away from a cookie cutter type IPA (the "C"s). Anyone willing to provide some guidance here. By the way some great deals at Yakima Valley Hops. Also anyone know of books or reference material on what hops go with each other? I'm going to cold steep these hops to get an idea of flavors and aromas but any input is welcome.
