Bought a batch of hops because they were in a half price sale so couldn't resist. Would love some guidance on which beers they play best in. Any good ideas for styes of beers using these hops would be welcomed.

Amarillo
Cluster
Fuggle
Golding
Jarrilo (few pellets left)
Magnum
Mount Hood
Saaz (few pellets left)
Sovereign
Summit

(plus a whole load of wild mongrels that are sort of floral and a bit bitter)

If I had to only pick a few styles per hop:

Cluster - Pre-Prohibition Pils, Cream Ale.
Amarillo - Pale Ale, IPA, Amber Ale
Fuggle - Any UK style
Golding - Any UK style
Magnum - If German Magnum...bittering hop for German styles except Hefe or Gose. If US Magnum - Pale Ale, Amber Ale, American Lager
Mount Hood - A US vs of noble hop - so Pils, Dunkel, Schwarzbier, any lager
Saaz - Again, any lagers, Czech Pils, Czech Amber, Czech Dark, etc.
Sovereign - US lagers, Pale Ale
Summit - US IPA, Pale Ale, DIPA

With what you have I will post what I use .

Mexican lager
Magnum
Saaz

Stout
Mt. Hood
Fuggles

Dry hopped Red ale
Summit

Belgian wit
Amarillo

Ipa
Magnum, summit , Amarillo

I like magnum as my bittering hop
