In looking into BIAB reading and looking a vids in Youtube, I seen Hop Spiders
I had never seen or heard about them
Questions:
Who uses one? do you think it's a good item to make?
Can this be used for Irish Moss?
How about the add of Hops at Flame Out?

I don't use one but it's on my list of homebrew projects. As long as there is good flow through the bag you can put any and all of your additions in there.

Just built one a couple hours ago. Decided to make one after brewing yesterday.

I previously just put hops in my kettle. I used a 5 gallon paint strainer and pouring the wort into my ferm bucket it clogged it was to much work to get it all through the strainer. I figure by building one and putting the hops in it, it will negate the clogged strainer.

Irish moss attaches it's self to the "crud" and drops it out of suspension. I would think you would want that floating in your kettle

The fine mesh bags that Northern Brewer sells do an outstanding job of keeping the hops out of the wort....I use to use a spider but now I just use the NB bag.
