Hop Spider Filter

I use an electric boiler and I'm thinking of getting a hop filter to put the hops in to make it easier to clean

Right now the hops move around a lot in the boil and I'm guessing they won't so much with a fine mesh filter in there

Is this going affect how much I get out of the hops?

I have not noticed a difference.
I do stir the hops every now and then.
