Hop seeds affect beer?

I just bottled an IPA that I used 6.5 ounces of cascade whole hops in. It smells/tastes great from hydrometer, but I noticed that each bottle has a few seeds floating in it. I hope they sink, but was wondering if others have had this problem? Or if its even anything to worry about aside from aesthetically it kind of sucks.
