Brewing right now and want some opinions on hop schedule... grain bill is 8 pounds to row 3/4 pound crystal 20 3/4 pound white wheat 1/2 pound cara-pils.
I have 2 oz citra @ 13.4aa 2oz cascade @ 5.5aa and 2oz centennial @ 8.3aa

My 3 tier stand

1oz Centennial @60
1oz cascade @30
1oz citra @ 0
1oz of each dry hop for 5-7 days
that puts you at roughly 50 IBU

Nice set up!!

How much do you collect for your boil? How long of a boil? You looking for a hoppier beer? My instincts say:

1.5 oz Centennial 60 mins
1 oz Cascade 15 mins
1 oz Cascade 5 mins

Then use the Citra + .5 oz remianing Centennial for a 5 day dry hop...

Collection of 5 gallons and yes hoppy! I do want to dry hop just wasn't sure the blending i wanted....

The hops a from nikobrews "old hop grab bag" 2010 crop and I want to use all of them!

grab bag beer!
Mix them all together and do a continuous hop for the entire boil. 6 additions, one every 10 minuets, or 12 additions one every 5 minuets.

Sounds like a good beer. Since I dry hop in the keg i experiment and drink half of the beer without dry hopping and half with. Dry hops make a significant impact not only only on aroma but also some flavor. Glad I could help.

First taste tonight!!! Wicked good beer!!! The aroma is insane, not to bitter and taste like a buttery dessert bread?!?! Whatever ot is its s keeper recipe for me!!!
