Hop rocket with heater and controller

I have built a rims system and recirculate with a March pump My problem is I am losing 5 degrees during mash I am thinking about buy a Brinkman rims rocket with a heating element
Problem is I have been told the 110 plug is for a Tower of power and I need to convert it. I wonder if the is a easy conversion out there. Problem 2 is how to get the inkbird controller to work

Can you put up a pic of the plug? Convert it to what? Also, Inkbird's manuals are pretty accessible online. It's tough to help without some more info.

I will see if I can get a pic. It is brinkman product and they are impossible to get a hold directly. I am sure the reason for the odd shape is because they want to make sure it can only be used with their Tower Of Power What I want to do find a adapter so I can plug it into a house wall socket
