Do I need to do anything to my hops before adding them to my fermentor for dry hoping? i.e. what is the sanitizing process that I need to do be fore adding?

Hops are a natural preservative. That is the main reason they were put in beer years ago. So no there is no need to sanitize them.

Yeah my process is boiling a mesh bag and adding pre-measured hops to it and adding to primary (I don't do secondary, I just dry hop right in primary).

I spray the outside of the hop bag with Starsan, spray my scissors with Starsan, cut open the bag, and pour them in (I use whole leaf hops).
