I bottled an IPA last week and when I checked the bottles and opened one to test I found that I did not filter out the dry hop gunk very well. Its clearing and carbonating nicely, and the beer tastes spot on. If I let this age a few more weeks and then chill in the fridge will that stuff settle? It basically looks like sediment floating around in there.....

I had the same problem with my first AG. I dry hopped and there were all sorts of hop bits floating in it. I thought it was going to be terrible. A couple days in the fridge and they all dropped out and it was the clearest, cleanest beer I had made to that point.

It will be great.

ya floaties and such aren't a big deal usually. Just try to pour gently from the bottle and leave the about a half inch or so left in the bottom. Ensures that you just get good beer and no bottle trub!
