I started drinking this last weekend. Huge hop flavor and aroma, very smooth bitterness. This was a very balanced beer that I am going to add to the regular rotation. I was reading about adding all Hops with 20 min or less left, no bittering addition. It was very very smooth bitterness with big citrusy hop flavor. Thought i would share

0.50 oz Citra [12.00 %] - Boil 10.0 min Hop 7 7.4 IBUs

1 smack pack of wyeast 1272, fermented 2 weeks at 64, then raised to 68 for a couple of days to clean up.
Perfect after 2.5 weeks in bottle.
