Hi everyone new to the forum here. My question is I just made my first batch of beer two days ago. Im using a mr beer maker with the english honey brown ale mix. The hops it came with had a hops bag and the instructions said to boil it with the wort ect... The instruction never said wheter I leave the bag in for fermentation or take it out. I left it in, Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Is it gonna affect my beer? well any help is appreciated thanks.

They're supposed to come out. Hopping during fermentation (dry hopping) is meant to add aroma; the hops you boiled with your wort have lost all their aromatics in the boil.

No harm, though. They won't harm your beer.

Yeah, I just dump more and more hops in the bag as the boil goes along and then it's easy to take out once you're done. Never had a problem.
