hellow;

i have a litle question
wen you make the last hope adition wen the boil is over what is the moment wen you bring out the hop.
Wen the wort is cold or you left the hop since the ferment process

sorry for my english and thaks for your help

People take different approaches. You can go either way. Some people will hop in a bag and pull the bag out after chilling. Others simply toss the hops straight into the kettle, without a bag, and pour them, along with the wort, into the fermentation chamber after chilling.

I'm a relatively new brewer, but that's my understanding at any rate.

If there is a zero min addition cut the boil and then throw in the hops. It's up to u how long u let them sit before chilling but the hotter the wort the more bitterness you'll pull from the hops so if u want more flavor and aroma and less bitterness chill to 180 then add the flame out hops. Then u can let them sit for 10,20 or 30 min and your essentially doing a hop stand then cool the rest of the way.
