honey cider?

So after making a hard cider can i sweeten on the back end with honey?
Im not a fan with useing sugars
 
Besides that honey is a sugar, sure you can. Just be sure to kill off the yeast or pasteurize so re-fermentation doesn't happen.
 
What if i added before the yeast would bring the ABV up?

Yes, if the yeast ferments the honey out it will increase the ABV. It will also dry out the cider and not sweeten it. Some people use campden tablets to kill the yeast and then add sugars to back sweeten to taste. I personally ferment out and then pasteurize the bottles or keg and keep cold.
 
Camden will not kill yeast. If you want the yeast to stop you need to cold crash, rack off the lees then add enough Camden & Sorbate to prevent yeast reproduction. Only pasteurization kills yeast.
 
I fermented a cider with honey, it's called a cyser (I think) when most of the fermentables come from the honey. I fermented it dry though.

I took it out of primary last week so I could use the fermenter (and us 04 cake) for a passion fruit/lychee cider. Fermentation kicked back off when a crazy low pressure system rolled through. Do you think it was just a coincidence?

I would suggest pulling out a bit of your cider and put honey in it, before adding to the whole batch. I've found the honey taste in apple juice and/or cider a bit odd sometimes, depending on how the juice tastes to begin with. You want to make sure you're not ruining a whole batch of cider you worked so hard for.
