Honest Abe's Ghetto Grain Mill

Tube was stuck over the workings where grain tends to come out and to help better direct the grain. The tube was slightly too wide for the hopper but the base was wide enough to let the grain flow out.
Solution was to cut the tube above the workings and tape it up tighter so that it tightly gripped the hopper. Gives a reasonable hopper volume.
Hopefully you can see in the picture above where the mill sits. The big rod sticking out is the electric drill attachment, so it should give you an idea of the position.

Looking into the belly of the beast at the hopper.

This nicely shows where the step down is on the body. It also shows why I call it Honest Abe's since it looks a bit like a stove pipe hat (In truth this is why I made it black too).

This was a quick fix as I might be stuck at home for the weekend and I haven't made a real hopper (ie decent volume) for the mill yet.

Very nice! Thanks for posting. Sorry but could you explain more about that the actual drill bit piece / grain mill is? I am not familiar with the Corona Mill?
