On the bright side, I was enough of a baby through the squats portion of the final day of Ben's 5-day split yesterday that I didn't COMPLETELY shred my quads lol.
Yesterday was my 150th ride milestone, and today was my 100th stretch. I'm way behind with strength, but a core workout today was 37. ("I'm 37?!?!") I'll work on catching up with strength, though... I haven't really done any dedicated strength exercises on a regular basis since high school, so it needs to be an area of emphasis as I get older to not feel so old.
