I recently started brewing my own beer...I'm a data nerd by trade...another passion is being frugal (ultimately what drove me to making beer in the first place - a 4pk now in the grocery for 14bucks is rich).
Anyway - I'm wondering what tech you guys are using be it for the cool factor or legitimate brewing. I was at a local micro brew the other day that's working with IBM Watson and they gave me an impromptu tour of what they were doing (Watson drove their canning loss from 100 cans per run to 1) - which got me thinking about this.
I've seen the Tilt Hydrometer and so I was wondering what else is out there that your using?
