Happy Homebrew Wednesday! A group of us took a shot at making our own Biere de Garde, and here we have a recipe and review for Mike's take on it. This was my first shot at a beer on my mash and boil, without the pump. Things didn't go super well, and the beer finished .010 higher than expected, but it has some really interesting flavors, raisin, plum, and licorice.
