Hello fellows brewers, hope everyone is doing well! So 2 weeks a go I brewed beautiful extra special bitter. After fermentation ended,I sealed the carboy shut and placed in cold chamber to crush it and claryfiy the beer.now 4 days later there is fine white film on it. Obviously the seal was not seal well!! My question is: can I salvage it somehow? Either continue souring it,and bottle as gauze,or pitch some brets in it and age it few more months? Or anything like this? Cheers
