Could find a thread on this already with the forum search, so...

Show us your welding carts!
There are some amazing welders in this community (both pro and weekend warriors) and I want to steal all your best ideas! Finally looking to build a welding cart for my 150A DC only Tig setup so need the ideas. Currently I am thinking to base it on a hand trolley, and need space for:
  • Welder
  • At least two 4-5" grinders
  • D size argon bottle
  • Lead hooks
  • Duel flowmeters
  • Filler rod storage
  • Torch parts/spares and other random tools
Keen to see what everyone has to show off!

I actually put my TIG on the bottom of a Strong Hands Rhino Fixturing cart. Since I use Argon for both TIG, Orbital Tig, and Purge, I have it wall mounted. Although everything is on wheels, it’s definitely not “mobile” like a traditional welding cart, the fixturing table is VERY heavy (5/8 plate).

If you can, incorporate some kind of drawers to keep your misc torch parts. apache_brew’s link had some good ideas for building carts around different tool cabinets, you could glean some information from that too.
