For each batch I try to bottle one in clear glass so I can watch was is going on over the course of time. I kind of like this shot: Porter, Irish Red, Ed's PA

Interesting idea. Kind of makes sense to be able to track the clarity of your bottle fermenting batches. I've never had a skunked porter before, that could be a fairly interesting flavor. Picture definitely makes for a cool avatar.

I like the idea too... easier to tell color/clarity than with a keg or a brown bottle!

For some reason, the one in the middle looks the most thirst-quenching to me right now. I'm eating cheese and crackers.

I bottle one of each batch in a Corona bottle, but never thought to photo them like that. Like it!
