Homebrew shop question

I'm an MBA student and homebrewer in an entrepreneur class. My business pitch do the class was a homebrew store where you make reservations, I have all the equipment sanitized and ingredients, you show up and brew, then I clean up and eventually bottle/keg it for you. Now I've heard of similar places but can't fid them online. Anyone know the name of a place like this or have any other insight?

Look for something called Brewing On Premise (BOP), or there are some wine places that do it to, I think it's called CrushPad in California maybe.

Yes, the correct term is "brew-on-premises", and there are quite a few places around.
