Just got my first basic kit for Christmas (although I did brew a few batches with my bro about 15 years ago) so I am completely new to this hobby. Just tried my first boxed kit and waiting for carb to finish. Look forward to learning a lot here and hopefully contributing sometime in the future (even if it is just my mistakes !) when I learn what the heck I am doing. From reading some of the threads already, it's clear you all take this as an art form, so I know I'm in the right place!
