I tried searching and didn't find anything concrete on the subject, but what's the largest grain bill anyone has done in these mashers?

Also you can try my calculator which is sort of the opposite of the Rackers one. Tell it how big your tun is, it'll tell you how much grain + water you can fit.

Looks like a 10 gallon cooler with zero deadspace will fit 25# of grain at 1.25 qt/lb water.

You'll probably want to be a gallon or so short so you can stir without making a mess, though.
