So glad I homebrew cause I was able to reincarnate my kegerator back to it's original purpose....Freezer! D.C'd the controller and dragged it in from the porch. Loaded up on ice 4 or 5 days out and sitting pretty when the electricity goes down. Filled the empty kegs with tap water (what's the obsession with waiting in line for bottled water?) and sitting back enjoying the fruits of my labour. Good weather for a Double Chocolate Stout.
My house is safe and secure and not in an evac. zone, so I should be OK. The track has shifted to the west of Miami a bit so I'm feeling a bit better. So worried about everyone and all their stuff on Florida's west coast and the Keys. Evacuated my brewing equip. and a few other must haves from my 30 year old shed, just in case.

Best of luck to all of those effected by the storms out there.

I'm about 40 miles north of Tampa. Will ride it out.....hopefully it's down to a Cat 1 or 2 before it gets here. Have plenty of home brew if I can keep it cold.

Should be tropical storm status by the time it get here to SW GA. We are expecting 60mph wind and 10 inches rain. The recent track shifts have it coming in my back door sometime Monday. Somebody said as close as 7 to 10 miles from my back door. Sheesh !
