Yo! Have an imperial stout that is 1 week on cocoa nibs and vanilla(tastes awesome). About to brew a session IPA for Dry Docks home brew comp in March. Need to bottle a little bit of both soon.

I have 1 keg. How do you guys bottle part and keg the rest without oxidation issues?

I've seen the carb drops/pills. Do they work?

I've used Fizz Drops with success. In fact, the last batch I did, I put everything into the keg, then used CO2 to bottle about half of it using a bottling wand stuffed into a picnic tap. Don't think I'll ever use a bottling bucket again, even for a batch that I completely bottle.
