This is the first time I've tried cider. I put this stuff in the fermenter on Tuesday night and it's still bubbling about every 2 seconds! I'm using 3 gallons of straight juice and no sugar or anything added. I used regular old yeast nutrient and S04. How long should I expect this stuff to keep on going? My beers are usually finished be now.

I used S-04 with a Specific Gravity of 1.06 and it took 5 Days to get down to
1.015. I only did 3 Liters for a test. I bottled with priming sugar. It never got carbed up all the way. I drank it all ;)

I have a 3 Gallon batch I started on Thursday, with the same recipe and its been 2 days and its down to 1.025 from 1.06, so it will be done early next week.

You may want to check your sg and take a taste. If you want this to finish dry, you may have a ways to go, but if you want residual sugar, you may need to stop it soon.
