Hey all,
My name is Eic. Im from Katy TX and I am relatively new to home brewing.
So far I have brewed a double IPA, a bacon smoked porter, and a pale ale with habanero added. All 3 were great. Im doing minimash right now however I want to get into all grain brewing as soon as possible.

Its nice to be here and look forward to learning all that I can. And if I can help anyone that would be great too.
