Well this is awkward...long time forum geek but all surrounding cigars and new to the beer world. Weird being back in the noob status but just means I have a lot to learn! My name is Nick and I am from Marietta GA...home of one of the sponsors here (btw being a noob in need of supplies they were outstanding in pointing me in right direction and helping me leave with bags and lighter wallet

I am currently doing 1 gallon brews using the Brooklyn brew shop kit with a few upgrades that I made after doing first brew. So far have started two brews that were both kits from them...chocolate maple porter and bourbon dubbel. Both are fermenting but already jonesing to do a RIS or Choco stout on my own with no kit. Had a good buddy point me in this direction and really excited to read all that is to come! Thank you ahead of time! Nick
