Hey There,

Been lurking on these forums for years now, finally got off my butt and signed up. This site is a treasure trove of great info, and certainly a good part of the reason I've been able to make decent beer over the years, which is even more important now that I'm living in Mexico with a serious lack of good beer (not to say there's none, just far less than up in my native Oregon!)
