HLT using bottling bucket

I figure this is the best place for this question or maybe the DIY section. Did some searching and haven't found an answer. Good possibility I'm not searching correctly. Anyways I have been thinking about turning my plastic bottling bucket into a HLT. I have seen videos where guys overseas use plastic boil kettles with heating elements. Has anyone done this and turned their plastic bottling bucket into a HLT using an electric element to heat the water? If there is a thread I missed could someone point me on right direction. Thanks.
