This is my first official post, but I plan to have many more. I'm a brewer from South Jersey just moving from extract to all grain, and I figure when I run into trouble ( which I'm bound to) I'll be coming to everybody here for some advice. Thanks ahead of ti,e, and cheers to new beginnings!

Hey mltmeister... from northern NJ myself. I've just started brewing with extract kits. I'm enjoying the experience, and I will likely be moving to grain next year. While each batch is an experience, I'm thinking the challenge of kits will diminish rapidly by this time next year.

I'd be interested to hear how you do!
