Just finished reading, Lars Marius Garshol's book "Historical Brewing Techniques - The Lost Art of Farmhouse Brewing" What a great book on the history of Brewing in Scandinavia, and the origins of Kveik yeast. The book also has some receipts as well.

A good read.
