4 gate changes and a run from terminal C to A in less than 10 minutes. Long story short, I'll be dragging my luggage into Foam before last call.Foam is 10 pm
A late-night spot for college kids in Burlington is Manhattan Pizza. They will have Hill drafts on among other things if you can stand the scene. Wednesday might be a decent time to be there.
Yes...Details have already been worked out.http://hillfarmstead.com/main/2017/8/2/important-updates-for-fofa2017-attendees.html
updates...
kep, do you know if the Barton bus driver has arranged dropoff? I'm assuming the 2 buses mentioned are the ones from Waterbury via raqnroll ?
Manhattans is solid and having grown up in Burlington wouldn't consider it a college bar, but I don't frequent it anymore so times may have changed. Either way the tap list is great.4 gate changes and a run from terminal C to A in less than 10 minutes. Long story short, I'll be dragging my luggage into Foam before last call.
Thanks for all the suggestions TB! See you all soon.

Manhattan Pizza doesn't deserve a bad wrap and I dont know if I would call it a college bar per se either, knowing it presumably much less intimately. The fact that they serve pizza slices and beer after basically every other place has closed just seems to yield a young turnout.Manhattans is solid and having grown up in Burlington wouldn't consider it a college bar, but I don't frequent it anymore so times may have changed. Finnigans Pub is kind of a hidden gem, their tap list is normally just as good as anywhere so if you're not feeling manhattans id recommend you go there. Both those places should be open until 2am.
Aiming to arrive tomorrow before open and ready to share assume bottles. Since I will have driven 600km pretty sure I'm good to not drive after HF!
Leaving Boston now. Should be there around open. Say hi to the guy who is obviously a HS coach (HS Football team hat and HS football team shirt on today)
AutumnBeerLove - With the weather looking fairly suspect for Saturday, would it make sense for attendees to bring a pop-up canopy? Or is there going to be sufficient room / seating under the event tents?
Bernice has seemingly been available for the last two years - curious if it's the same batch or if they get restocked. Those guest bottles must gather dust over time. I can't imagine that many get consumed (non-lambic ones anyway)
I am hoping for the same if anyone has some spare room today or tomorrow. Waterbury tomorrow and Saturday. Can anyone pick me up a growler or two? I will be in waterbury/Burlington Friday and Saturday. Will provide some thank you beers + cash.
Thanks!
The two years I went ('13,'15) it was perfect weather (every other year) so that's what I always have in mind with the event but can't control the damn weather, so oh well.Feel like it rains nearly every year, or every other at least. There was a huge tent last year, but I'd still bring a rain jacket and/or umbrella.
Damn what else is onsite today?Just arrived. Would love to split an art plum with someone
