5/25/16 Florence first pour and third pour after a shot glass sample for my roommate. Clean pour was oaky and tart, sediment pour was more floral and muted wheat. Had a few sips of each then poured em together

I'll always be impartial to 7/14 Flo but that's just me.

Micro Matic Flow control easy pour faucet # 4933ROTO-V. Expensive but worth it (especially for pouring keg conditioned beers that are heavier carbed).

As much as I wanna try that Still Art, if I ever have the opportunity to drink Flora Cuvee again it's a no brainer. Might've just been time and place, but damn was that beer perfect in every way.

So how this happened I don't know, but this happened yesterday. While searching for beers to bring to a family Easter gathering I Came across a long forgotten growler in the cellar refrigerator...





Still perfectly carbonated and tasty as hell after 15 months in the back of the fridge.....woah...

This happened to me once with a growler of S&S 5.

I forgot about it and found it 3 days after returning home instead of the usual 2. It drank beautifully.
