Gotta love the SARA bottle release model. Announce it minutes before you open. Doesn't give the ass hats time to plan and gives the locals time to get bottles before all hell breaks loose. Obviously a much smaller scale than HF, but HF is also far more rural than SARA. No system is perfect, but the unannounced method seems like a no-brainer.

I know I was a vocal opponent to Jersey pizza being superior to New Haven pizza.

However, after marrying a New Jersey woman, I can 100% confidently say....

It pains me to really ever say that Jersey anything is the best, but this is a true fact.

That being said, I also really really love Montreal bagels, but that's basically just a different thing, not a comparable.

It pains me to really ever say that Jersey anything is the best, but this is a true fact.

That being said, I also really really love Montreal bagels, but that's basically just a different thing, not a comparable.

Montreal bagels are the best. I have never had a jersey bagel but Montreal bagels>NYC bagels......flame away.

Same boat here. Nothing like walking (stumbling....) into Fairmount bagel at 3 am and getting a sesame bagel straight out of the wood fire oven.
