Yes and also yesCould Shaun charge more if he stored those bottles horizontally or vertically in his cellar?
Oh come on, just go to Bev Warehouse on the Saturday of VT Brew Fest. Because you know, why would they not wait until the one weekend when the most ****** neckbeards are in town to ravage that single case of Classic.it'd be great if cantillon/3f ever made it to retail again in vt.

This makes me insanely happy; Arthur is my favourite HF shelf saison. Will be up on Friday the 26th for the first time since the new space has been open. Hoping Flora Plum sticks around for a bit as well! Any chance CD #16 makes it that long?Speaking of which, Arthur is on sale next week...
That Sopressa is really nice stuff. Very highly carbonated and light, taste has some things in common with Arthur. Kind of a cool tart green apple thing going on. I am impressed- new brand is moving very quickly.
I'll be there Friday around noon with a few friends. Happy to meet you out there!hoping Parker or HF have oysters this FRI/SAT!
anyone else going up Friday?

It was freeeeeezing up in Vermont this weekend. Got to Hill around 10:30 Saturday and dropped my growler bag in line with everyone else. They opened at 11 and had a bunch of tasters of CD16 for everyone that was waiting outside. Super nice touch. Dropped my growlers off, grabbed bottles, and popped an Iris all by 11:30. It was SLAMMED by noon, but everyone there was doing there best to get everyone through the line. Hats off to the staff. Loved the new tasting room and looking forward to visiting again. Fiance absolutely loved it up there which is always a plus.
I'll agree about CD16... HF and SARA are the only breweries that nail that style IMHO...
From a US producer POV, can't argue that HF and SARA nail it, but I'd put Casey in the discussion as well.
not sure I ever had a dark saison from Casey
Last second takers on this for folks traveling solo tomorrow? Lemme know. I will be the guy at the front of the line at 11am manana. Will be traveling to HF on Wednesday. Should be there right at the open. I am looking to go in on a couple of on site consumption only bottles (CD16 + ????) with a couple of people who will be there at the open. Last time I did this with a few fine gents in November (@ one drink limit) it worked out quite well for everyone. Not sure if a 2 drink limit changes much. Lemme know if you're interested. Cheers.
If anyone can sneak a peak at the stock of CD16 they have left and let us know, it would be appreciated. Part of me is hoping it kicks before I make it up there this weekend to save my wallet the $120 but the other part of me needz dem.
It's bad when you wake up to a message from you buddy suggesting a 14hour round trip shotgun run on Saturday, and you seriously consider it even though it's only been a month since the last one...
Looks like Sue for onsite today? I've gotta stop opening Untappd when I'm at work.![]()
Phil said they were running low on Florence and Sopressa before the open. Did not mention anything else. They were also selling a huge size (Magnum or 3L?) Sopressa bottle for $54? That's all the info I have on this. Cheers.was waiting for an update after today... Weds can get really busy up there
curious on CD16, Sorpresa and Earl
