Successfully signed up for Wed-Fri! I'm trying to do Saturday as well and am getting this message: "We are sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. There aren't enough tickets remaining."

I assume (hope) it's a temporary thing because I'd love to get in on the Saturday drawing...

Anyone else trying in the last 2-3 minutes who's getting a similar message for Saturday?

EDIT: HF FB just replied that he's having FreshTix look into this. Nevermind.

Just got through for Saturday too! Very smooth system, that was easy.

Now, I'll pray to the lottery Gods.

yeah, they had an issue that was fixed quickly... fingers crossed!

Just went for Friday and Saturday, no problems at all with the site.

There's no reasonable way for me to get up there on Wednesday or Thursday, and even getting off of work for the afternoon on Friday isn't guaranteed but it's more doable than any other weekday and I couldn't help but register for a couple tickets.

Ann lottery winners be driving up Taylor Road like

Just registered for Friday and Saturday no problem. Would have done all 4 days, but on the off chance I won Wednesday and Saturday, i don't feel like spending 4 days in middle of nowhere Vermont.

would be pricey, but I think I'd welcome 4 days in VT if I could get my job to say yes...
I should probably clarify that I didn't mean that in a derogatory way. I'd welcome it too under the right circumstances. Just not what I'd be looking to do on this particular trip.

I hear ya... I just always go up there and if I'm there for more than 2 nights it's because something is going on and I never have enough time to just hang or visit places I want to go

How far are people driving if they win the lottery? Worth the trip for one bottle?

If the wife wasnt on bed rest I'd do 8 hours one way, lots more than just one bottle. Between growler fills, whatever is on the shelf, grabbing some SOS/Heady, Fiddlehead growlers, lunch at Parker Pie and the duck fat fries at Pro Pig it would be a glorius day indeed.

It'd be 4.5 hours for me. I might not actually go unless I get exceedingly lucky and win two consecutive days of the lottery since it is a haul. I don't really expect to even win one bottle since I'm only entered on the sure to be busiest days of Friday and Saturday.

So you're cool with eating $50?

So if you enter 4 times and, say, you only win 1 and decide you dont want to go and dont finish off the transaction doesnt that kind of **** the entire drawing up in a way? It makes the pool much bigger and harder for everyone else to win, for one thing. Second, what happens to the bottles that don't end up getting purchased in the end?

Sounds like bottles that don't get picked up are going to be raffled for charity or something like that during the anniversary weekend.

Seems slightly ill thought out. If there's no penalty for signing up 4 times, winning once and being like "ah **** it," it kinda screws folks who don't win and actually would to go get bottles whether they win 1 or 4. Say they're releasing 100 bottles a day and only 50 decide to show on that Thursday because they didn't win bottles in the pattern most advantageous to their hopes and dreams. Bunch of people who actually would have gone to pick up on that day, were they given the chance, then **** outta luck.

Oh well, maybe I'm overthinking this and being cynical. Beer releases will do that to you, I suppose.

All that said, this is probably the most fair way they could have done the release. Hat tip. Will be interesting to see how it all shakes out tomorrow afternoon.

It sounds like you can decline if you win, contra the initial way the rules were read.
Yeah, I'm assuming that I'll have the option to decline completing the purchase once they announce whether or not you've gotten a bottle. We'll see, there's every chance I'm overestimating my ability to say no to a bottle of Ann and I'll eat my words tomorrow afternoon.

Sooooo....anyone else have their email refreshing every 2 minutes? Lol.

trying not to stress it but I keep looking at the clock... emails are not likely to be sent until after noon
