I remember someone tweeted Shaun last year regarding Dorothy, and he mentioned that he was planning on bringing it back soon, albeit possibly slightly altered. Wonder if he's still sticking to that.

Jesus. 79/100 is nuts. I miss too many releases from being 3+ hours away. I'm only at 28 for HF and 8 for Grassroots.

Of the above, I believe the only bottled offering is Civil Disobedience #2, Adam.

Dorothy being draft only in late 2010, early 2011.
Biere de Mars brewed Spring 2011... perhaps an additional batch that was on tap at Farmhouse (in Burlington - not FoFA) last fall.
Edith (2010) = drafty only fall 2010?
Phenomena... draft only early 2011
Myth of Saison - draft only brewed for Philly Beer week 2012 with Jean. Both a HFS batch, and a TH batch with respective house yeast (I believe) for each.

Interesting...I never actually tallied it but I will be around 85/100 once I get through some of the newer bottles. Maybe higher because I can't actually remember if I had some of these random blends that Shaun kegged for fests.

I've been tracking and made a list - http://adam-jackson.net/beer/update-on-the-hill-farmstead-gotta-review-em-all-project/

85 seems very high but if you've been going there since they opened in 2010, you'd have a lot by now. Especially the VIP blends at festivals.

I kind of doubt/hope that Shaun will never brew Summit Pale Ale again. I hate that ******* hop. It certainly isn't because of availability he hasn't brewed it.

Of the 108 listed on BA, I've had 41, and then one more I'm sitting on a bottle that I've yet to try (Flora). Additionally, I've had 7 of the Grassroots beers. I'd also love to try all of his beers, but I know that I'll never be able to.

this did get tapped at Farmhouse last spring (was the original batch). they ended up dumping most of the keg as it was pouring straight foam for 2 days.

Oddly enough, this is the lowest scored HF beer, yet when put into a wine barrel, it becomes one of the most popular!

And since we are seeing whose set hangs the lowest:
81 out of however many they have done

Made it to Waterbury at 9:30 last night. Headed over to the Pig for food/beers. Sat down to hear that it was Sierra Nevada night and that there were no HF/Lawson's/etc on tap. Headed to Blackback after food and luckily they had the HF Simcoe Single Pale. Something came up last night and we couldn't stay. Had to leave first thing in the morning. I just spent twelve hours in a car, spent god knows how much on a hotel/gas money, and all I have to show for it is a few glasses of Simcoe. I need a ******* beer
